The Linkster tracking server is fully operational again. Link redirects and order tracking have been restored.
The incident was caused by an infrastructure provider issue during a maintenance window, which prevented the automatic failover from working as expected. Our technical team deployed additional infrastructure and restored the affected services.
We are continuing to monitor the system closely.
